Face LiftAs you age, your facial muscles loosen and your skin becomes less elastic, creating folds and lines. A facelift operation can give you a more youthful appearance by reducing saggy skin and wrinkles. Facelifts can lift your whole face, or just your brow area, lower face, or neck.
The effects of a facelift usually last for seven to 10 years. Your face will continue to age. You'll get the best results if you maintain a stable body weight, have skin with good levels of elasticity, don't smoke and have good bone structure.

In a traditional facelift, WE will make a surgical cut in your hairline, down past the front of your ears and then up into the hairline again behind the ears. Cuts may also be made under your chin if you want to lift a sagging jawline. Your skin is carefully separated from the underlying tissues, followed by removal of the excess fat, or tightening the muscles or surrounding tissues in your face.the final step is to lift your skin, pull it back and trim off any excess skin.which is then stiched back to the line where the cut was made.
Afterwards, your face is wrapped in bandages. Depending on the exact procedure, these may run under your chin, around your ears and/or over your head. They are usually taken off after a day or two, before you go home.
Minimal-access cranial suspension (MACS)
In this type of procedure, the surgical cuts are shorter than for a traditional facelift. The cuts are just made in your temple and in front of your ears. Excess fat is removed and the muscles are tightened using permanent stitches. The ideal candidates for surgical face lift are people in 30-60 years of life who have major sagging of skin in face and neck with fat deposition in the face.
It requires hospitalization of 2-3 days and results can last for upto 10 years .

Thread Facelift
A thread facelift is a safe, convenient alternative to traditional facelift surgery. Designed to be less invasive, it can reduce sagging around the cheeks, jawline, and neck.
Special threads are used during this facelift to hold repositioned skin and facial tissue in place after surgery. Thread lifts generally produce noticeable results almost immediately and with less risk and inconvenience than more intensive procedures.
What is a Thread Facelift?
A thread facelift is a convenient, less invasive alternative to traditional facelifts, designed for people experiencing early signs of aging, such as minor facial sagging. This innovative facelift procedure can be performed in just one or two hours, often without anesthesia. During a thread facelift, the cosmetic surgeon inserts thin threads into the face through tiny incisions made in the targeted area. These threads attach to the skin tissue and are then pulled back to lift and smooth the face. Almost immediately, treated areas will be raised slightly, eliminating sagging and giving patients a rejuvenated appearance. Because patients usually remain fully conscious during the procedure, they can approve the look of their thread lift while the surgeon works. Once the threads are knotted, they become hidden within the skin itself, and any scarring that results will be virtually invisible.
The best candidates for a thread facelift are those with in 30-60 years of life, with minor skin sagging and good skin tone. And who do not have excessive sagging in the face and neck, to conclude threads work well if signs of aging are relatively minimal.

Skin Tightening is about increasing collagen production within the skin such that skin becomes more elastic and therefore tightens over the face. Skin tightening procedures work well in people who have thin faces, and marginal skin laxity.
For people who do not intend to go in for surgical facelift the use of radiofreqency can now tighten specific areas of the face and when used in conjunction with botox, fillers and laser lipolysis. We use US-FDA approved RF energy to tighten the middle part of the face. Radiofrequency heats up deeper layers in the skin to cause collagen damage and subsequent repair process results in increased collagen content, better skin elasticity and hence skin tightening. The middle part of the face responds well to radiofrequency skin tightening, the use of botox in upper 1/3 of the face to eliminate wrinkles and folds in the forehead, crows feet, and fillers to fill up the nasolabial fold helps in getting good results for non surgical procedures.
Face lifts, we use laser lipolysis to eliminate double chin, and tighten the skin below the jaw line, hence laser lipolysis helps to provide a better jaw line in conjunction with tighter skin in the chin region.

Rhinoplasty Is the most commonest plastic surgery to correct the shape of the nose, It can reduce or increase the size of nose, change the shape of nose and change the angulation between the nose and lips. Incision for rhinoplasty is inside the nose and a small one between the nostrils.as shown in the figure:

The skin of the nose is then separated from the supporting bone and cartilage which is sculpted to the desired shape, The bone and cartilage of the nose are altered to the desired shape and the skin repositioned over them giving a most pleasing result. As most surgery is carried out internally there are rarely any visible scars following a nose reshaping procedure. This procedure requires a days hospitalization. Following surgery nose begins to look better with passage of time, provided one has realistic expectation, and will blend better with your facial features.
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is used to correct drooping upper lids that droop making the patient look older, it is used to correct "puffy bags" below the eyes.

Incisions are made in the natural creases or folds of the eyelids. Underlying fat may be removed; excess skin is trimmed along the natural fold in the eyelid.

For the upper eyelids the incision is made in the natural crease line above the eyelashes. The incisions might extend into the crow's feet or laughter lines at the outer corners of your eyes. Working through the incisions our surgeon will separate the skin from the subcutaneous layers and remove excess fat and trim sagging muscle and skin. The incisions will then be closed with very fine sutures. For the lower eyelids the incision starts underneath the eyelashes and extends out 1 cm or so outwards into the crow's feet area, the skin is then lifted upwards and outwards, gently tensioning the area and overlapping skin removed. Again the incisions will then be closed with very fine sutures. This surgery results in giving you a refreshed look, and avoids then droop in the eyelids.
"I underwent Non-Surgical Facelift at Cosmetic Studio & my face feels a lot lighter with less laxity now, this is a much better option compared to Surgical Facelifts. I got Botox & a filler to finish the results of Non-Surgical facelift & I found what I wanted to look like, can be achieved without surgery."
